CSR is silicon labs BT Driver, so if you have anything bluetooth, it has that driver and CSR OSD comes in the stackup. So if its a pain, just ending task on 'CSR OSD settings' is only a temp fix until you reboot. That program all it does is give that notification. I found a permanent fix thats better than ending the CSR OSD (on screen display) settings app. PERMANENT FIX WILL WORK AFTER RE-BOOTING ENDING TASK ONLY FIXES UNTIL RE-BOOT
